Searun Wooden Crafts Co., Ltd. at the Canton Fair: Expanding Wooden Solutions for Modern Living
Share
The Canton Fair has wrapped up for another season, and the Searun Wooden Crafts Co., Ltd. team is back at the factory with a full notebook. At Booth No. 16.4F20 we met importers, brand owners and design partners from different markets, welcomed returning customers, and started a long list of new conversations about wooden products for modern living.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to look at the wood, open a drawer, test a hinge and ask the hard questions about MOQ, lead time and packaging. That kind of hands-on feedback is exactly why we exhibit.

Watch the booth recap
Our 55-second recap shows the booth, the four product lines we displayed, and a few of the conversations that made the week. If you could not make it to Guangzhou, this is the fastest way to see what we brought.

Featured collections at the booth
This season the booth was curated around four categories, because most of our buyers source more than one of them from the same factory floor.
1. Wooden storage & organizers
Multi-layer desktop organizers, natural wood drawer dividers and modular crates — the products that let a retailer build a complete storage story without adding new suppliers. Everything can be produced in pine, acacia, bamboo, paulownia or rubberwood, with the size, colour and finish specified per market.

2. Commercial & retail displays
Wooden display stands, racks and product showcases built for in-store merchandising. Buyers looking at these items usually ask about load, finish consistency and how the unit ships — all of which we confirm on the approved sample before production.

3. Kitchenware & dining accents
Solid wood cutting boards, bread boxes, serving trays and food-safe storage pieces. These are the products where surface finish and edge quality are judged instantly by the end customer, so the approved sample is also the QC standard.

4. Natural pet supplies
Eco-friendly wooden birdhouses, indoor pet shelters and lifestyle pet furniture. Pet buyers tend to start smaller and reorder faster, which is where our low-MOQ option makes the first order easier to test.

What buyers asked most: low MOQ and real OEM/ODM
Most conversations at the booth started with the same two questions: “What is the minimum order?” and “Can you make it with our logo and packaging?”
- Flexible small-batch orders. MOQ is set per product, and for most items starts at 100–300 pieces, with tiered pricing as volume grows. That lets a buyer test a new category or market before committing to a container.
- End-to-end OEM/ODM. From 3D concept drawings and wood selection to laser engraving, custom packaging and FNSKU labelling — the whole route from idea to shipped carton runs through our own workshop.
For Amazon and marketplace sellers we also handle FBA-compliant packaging and DDP delivery to Amazon warehouses. Details and the usual questions are answered on our wholesale & OEM FAQ.

The factory behind the booth
A trade fair is only useful if the factory behind it can deliver. Searun Wooden Crafts was established in 2008 and operates a 19,184 m² facility, including a 7,000 m² workshop, a 2,000 m² dust-free paint room and a 5,000 m² warehouse. Three production lines and 100+ machines support an annual output of 1,800,000+ pieces, with 4 engineers working on roughly 50 new items a year.
Quality control is handled by 5 dedicated QA/QC staff. Every order is inspected against the approved sample, and third-party inspection is welcome. The factory holds FSC CoC chain-of-custody certification and has passed an Intertek third-party factory audit. On-time delivery currently runs at 97.7%, and the English sales team replies within 4 working hours on business days.

After the fair: samples, schedules and quality
For the custom sample requests collected at the booth, our workshop has already started preparation and follow-up is under way. The normal timeline is unchanged: sampling usually takes 7–10 days, and bulk production typically runs 25–35 days after the sample is confirmed. Confirmed production schedules are locked in with quality inspections against the approved sample, so what is agreed at the fair is what arrives in the carton.
