Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to searunwood. searunwood operates this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use our Services, you may be required to provide information such as your email, billing, and shipping details. You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (wooden boxes, organizers, etc.). We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations, although we strive for excellence in our Cao County manufacturing facility.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. We cater to both individual shoppers and professional B2B customized orders.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipment plus any applicable sales tax. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time, especially to correct pricing errors that appear on the site.

Coupon Codes: We may offer various coupon codes from time to time, which may expire at any time without prior notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 4.1 - PAYMENT METHODS

We accept secure payments from the following approved service providers to process your transactions:

  • PayPal: Allows secure payment via your PayPal account, linked debit/credit cards, or PayPal balance.
  • LianLian Pay: Supports major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and other global local payment methods.

By completing a transaction, you authorize our third-party payment gateways to charge the total amount of your order to your selected payment method.

SECTION 4.2 - SALES TAX & TAX EXEMPTION

Sales Tax: In addition to your purchase price, we will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.

Tax Exemption: If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email us at sales01@searunwood.com. Please be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. Our representative will advise you on how to submit your tax-exempt certificate to us via email so that we can process a tax refund. This refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. We do not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier at our factory.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all materials therein, including software, images, text, logos, and designs, are the exclusive property of SEARUN WOODEN CRAFTS CO LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or websites.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS & FEES

Your payments are processed through encrypted connections provided by approved third-party service providers (such as PayPal and LianLian Pay) to ensure your financial security. Any transaction fees incurred from these third-party processors (such as the 2% standard ecosystem transaction processing fee) are handled in accordance with platform policies and your agreement with the payment provider.

If you send creative ideas or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor or remove content that we determine is unlawful or offensive.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
