What you can change

Customization covers material, structure, size, color, surface finish, logo and retail packaging. Our 4 engineers develop around 50 new designs a year, so a changed drawer height or a new compartment layout is a normal sampling job, not a special project.

On a coffee station the requests that decide the design are:

• Pod format. Tell us which pods or capsules the drawer must hold and how many. K-cups, espresso capsules and filters need different drawer heights.
• Compartment layout. Number and width of tea slots, whether the fronts stay acrylic, and whether you want fixed or removable dividers.
• Footprint. The countertop space your customer has, and whether the unit must sit under wall cabinets.
• Material and finish. Bamboo is the standard. Pine, acacia, paulownia and rubberwood are also in our material range if you want a different look or price point; we confirm what works for the structure on the sample.
• Branding. Logo position and method, confirmed on the approved sample.
• Retail packaging. Printed color box, inserts and carton size, planned around your channel.

MOQ and pricing

MOQ is set per product, and most of our products start at 100–300 pcs, with lower unit prices as quantities increase. This design does not have a fixed MOQ on its product page, so state your target first-order quantity and your expected reorder volume in the RFQ, and we quote against both.

Samples and lead time

Samples for this design take 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 25–35 days after you approve the sample. Every order is inspected by our 5 full-time QA/QC staff against the approved sample, and we accept third-party inspection before shipment.

If you are timing a launch, count back from your in-stock date: sample, your review and any changes, bulk production, then transit.

FBA prep and shipping

For Amazon sellers we handle FNSKU labels and carton labels, FBA-compliant packaging, and DDP delivery to Amazon warehouses. For importers we ship FOB Qingdao or Shanghai, CIF or DDP. Payment terms are T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance or L/C.

Coatings and food-contact requests

A coffee station sits next to food, so many buyers specify how the bamboo is finished and what test standard applies in their market. Put that standard in your RFQ: the finish type you accept, the test report you need, and who runs the test. We confirm the finish on the sample, and you can send the approved sample or production units to the lab or inspection company you choose. Do not rely on a general claim; ask for the result against your own standard.
