What you can customize

Our customization covers material, structure, size, color, surface finish, logo and retail packaging. For a flight board, that usually means:

• Logo engraving. Tell us where the logo sits (paddle face, handle end or underside) and send a vector file. The engraved sample is what we check bulk against.
• Finish color. The standard is black. Other colors are sprayed in our 2,000 m² dust-free paint room. If you need the finish to meet a specific food-contact standard for your market, name the standard in your RFQ and we will confirm before sampling. We do not assume one by default.
• Wood species. Our regular materials are pine, acacia, bamboo, paulownia and rubber wood. Buyers who plan heavy commercial use often ask for a harder species. Name the species in your RFQ and we quote it as a separate option.
• Slot count and size. A 3-, 4- or 8-slot board, or slots sized for a different glass, is a structure change. Send the glass dimensions or a sample glass, and we cut the slots to fit.
• Glasses. The glasses are a component of the set. If your market or your retail channel requires test reports for the glass, list them in the RFQ. We confirm what can be supplied before you place the order, rather than after.

MOQ and pricing tiers

MOQ is set per product. For most of our products it starts at 100–300 pieces, and the unit price steps down as quantity goes up. For a flight board, the main cost drivers are wood species, finish color, a new slot layout and the packaging. A private logo on the standard board is the lowest-cost change. Ask for a tiered quote at two or three quantities so you can compare.

Samples, QC and lead time

1. Sample: 7–10 days for this SKU, with your logo engraved.
2. Approval: you approve the sample or send comments. That approved sample becomes the reference for the whole order.
3. Bulk: 25–35 days after approval.
4. QC: our 5 full-time QA/QC staff check every order against the approved sample, including the paddle finish, engraving and how the glasses sit in the slots. Third-party inspection is welcome before shipment.
