Wholesale Custom Challenge Coin Display Case | Wood Wall Mount Military Coin Cabinet with Removable Star Board | Factory Direct

Source wooden challenge coin display cases factory-direct from Searunwood — a Shandong-based wooden crafts manufacturer with production experience since 2008. This glass-front military coin cabinet is one of our best-performing collectible display SKUs, trusted by military gift brands, collectible display retailers, and Amazon FBA sellers across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Built from solid pine wood with a torched dark finish, a locking glass door, and a felt-lined interior with adjustable channel shelves, this case is designed specifically for challenge coin collectors, veterans, first responders, and their families. A removable star-pattern panel conceals extra hidden storage space behind it, and the reverse side doubles as a writable chalkboard — turning a simple display case into a personalized keepsake. Custom sizing, shelf configuration, engraving, and full OEM branded packaging are all available, making this an ideal private label solution for military and collectible gift brands.

Why Wholesale Buyers Choose This SKU

Purpose-Built for Coin Collectors — Not a Generic Shadow Box

2-channel felt-lined shelves are sized specifically to hold challenge coins upright and organized, unlike generic display boxes. This niche-specific design is a strong differentiator in the crowded shadow box and display case category.

Removable Star Panel — Dual-Use Hidden Storage + Chalkboard

The sliding star-pattern board conceals a hidden compartment for extra collectibles, and flips to reveal a writable chalkboard surface on the reverse — giving buyers a personalization feature that plain display cases don't offer.

Gold-Plated Lock & Glass Door — Secure Display

A locking glass front door protects the coin collection from dust and handling while keeping every coin fully visible. The gold-plated latch hardware adds a premium finishing touch that photographs well for retail listings.

Wall-Mount Ready — Hardware Included

Ships complete with drywall anchors, mounting screws, and mounting buckles, so buyers can hang it straight out of the box. This reduces post-purchase support questions and negative reviews related to missing hardware.

Wholesale FAQ

How many coins does this case hold?

With 4 shelves and 2-channel spacing per shelf, the case comfortably displays around 30-40 standard 1.5"-1.75" challenge coins, depending on coin thickness. We can adjust shelf spacing or add tiers for larger collections.

Can we customize the panel pattern instead of the star design?

Yes. The removable sliding panel can be produced with a different engraved pattern, plain finish, or your own custom design. The chalkboard reverse side can also be omitted or replaced with a fixed felt panel if preferred.

Is the glass door lockable, and is a key included?

The standard version uses a gold-plated latch closure rather than a keyed lock, which keeps the door securely shut during wall mounting and daily use. A keyed lock version can be produced as a custom option — let us know if your target market requires this.

Can this be used to display medals or other collectibles besides coins?

Yes. While designed with challenge coins in mind, the felt-lined channel shelves also work well for medals, small badges, pins, and other flat collectibles of similar size.

What is the MOQ and lead time for bulk orders?

MOQ varies by customization level. Standard finish units have a lower MOQ; custom size, panel design, or engraved orders require a higher minimum. Samples are ready in 3–5 business days. Bulk production lead time is 20–30 business days. Contact us via WhatsApp for a detailed quote within 4 hours.
